The Grayhawk Process
Consultation and Site Visit
The process begins by meeting with you to talk about what your dreams are for your new home. We'll discuss what you like, what you don't, and what you imagine. We'll visit the building site if you already have one selected, or we'll look at possibilities that we can help you find. Your dream home should work together with your home site.
Creativity on Paper
Once we understand your vision and have determined that everything can work on the homesite you've picked, we'll get creative with our favorite part of the process...the design. We'll start from the information you gave us at our pre-design meetings and our skilled team will create a unique home specifically and individually for you.
Building
Of course the moment everyone anticipates is when the construction begins! We'll keep you involved and informed through the entire process, working closely with you to make sure everything is according to your vision and the plan the team has drawn for you.
